This page is intended to get our new generation of TAMS execs ready for the 2025-2026 school year. Here's what you need to know:

Early Move-in For Advised Club Execs

Execs for advised TAMS student organizations are invited to move back in early to attend additional exec training and help with junior move-in and Fall Orientation.  You are welcome to move back-in only if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are an exec with an advised TAMS organization.
  • You are able to move-in by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
  • You are able to stay with us helping out with Fall Orientation through Sunday, August 17.
  • You must sign up in advance - the deadline to do so is July 25.

Fall Orientation Schedule

There's no better way to get the attention of the new first year students than hosting a Fall Orientation Program. There are several opportunities to do this. Below is a tentative schedule and a list of open times for your program. Clubs wishing to be listed among the Fall Orientation Programs must fill out the Fall Orientation Program Proposal form. Only forms submitted by Friday, July 11 will be considered (we may not have time for all the ideas).

SATURDAY, Aug 16

8:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Academics

2:30 PM - 5:30 PM activities outlined on schedule

6:30 PM - FROG Night – Please bring money to pay for food/activities
SUNDAY, Aug 27 CLASS OF 2025 MOVE-IN
3:30 PM - Club Bonanza/Student Activity Fair
6:30 PM - Junior Jubilee

MONDAY, Aug 28

 FIRST DAY OF CLASS

 

Club Activity Fair/Club Bonanza

This is scheduled for Sunday, August 17 at 3:30pm in and around MacCafe. StuCo is organizing this, so contact them with questions.

Online Reservation Calendar

Clubs will need to wait until after the Junior Move In on August 14 to book programs and other events. After that date, bookings can be made on the Online Calendar. General Assemblies need to be planned and reserved on the calendar as independent events. No recurring time slots will be available for GAs. In the event of conflicts, I would encourage you to work it out with the other clubs.  Let me know if you are unable to get things resolved.  

Budget Requests

All club budget requests are due by 5pm on July 14, 2025 - these can be submitted here.
