Thank you for your interest in the TAMS Leadership Program. The current year of 2026-2027 is only open to the Class of 2027 and 2028.

The TAMS Leadership Program is a leadership course that empowers young leaders to grow in character, competence, service, and social and emotional maturity. We utilize Growing Leaders' Habitudes to discuss fundamental leadership skills necessary for all who are driven to lead.

Our course is designed for two potential Graduation Awards.

The TAMS Leadership Honors requires:

  • Two semesters of Habitudes Attendance with an 80% attendance rate of the full sessions
  • 50 hours of TAMS approved Community Service spread across all 4 semesters

The Dean's Leadership Honors requires:

  • Three semesters of Habitudes Attendance with an 80% attendance rate of the full sessions
  • 80 hours of TAMS approved Community Service spread across all 4 semesters
