Former TAMS students and alumni may request replacement diplomas, official graduation certificates, or verification letters. Please review the options below carefully.
TAMS does NOT provide transcripts. TAMS does not generate or maintain academic transcripts. All coursework appears on the University of North Texas academic record.

TAMS charges $25 for duplicate diploma orders. You must submit payment and the request form linked below for processing.

After Payment Is Received
You will receive email confirmation once your order is placed. Diplomas are mailed
directly from the vendor to the address you provide on the order form. Delivery typically
takes 6-8 weeks.
Submit Request for TAMS Diploma
The TAMS Graduation Certificate is an official electronic document on TAMS letterhead that includes the student’s first name, last name, date of graduation, and important context about TAMS. Graduation Certificates cannot be sent to alumni. They may only be sent directly to institutions, employers, programs, or organizations that request them. Graduation certificates are not diplomas.
Once submitted, orders are automatically routed to TAMS for processing. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You should receive confirmation from Parchment after your order is processed.
