Brittinie Jermon

Brittinie Jermon is the Assistant Director of Student Life at the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science (TAMS). She is passionate about cultivating student leadership, fostering belonging, and creating meaningful experiences that support students' academic, personal, and social growth. With experience spanning K–12 education, higher education, and national leadership development, Brittinie is committed to helping students reach their fullest potential. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at the University of North Texas, where her research explores leadership development, student belonging, and systems that promote student success.
